We are inviting participants to submit papers on the theme “Integration of Technology and Quality Assurance in Education." Papers may talk about the conditions prevailing in their respective school, area, or country relating to the conference theme as well as the plans they intend to introduce in the future. An abstract of the proposed paper for presentation is required upon application for registration online. To submit your abstract, click hereAbstracts will be reviewed and a notice sent to the author on or before December 2, 2013. Once the paper has been accepted. the participant is encouraged to secure a visa and make the necessary payment of the conference fee online. 
 
Once payment is received, the paper will be included as part of the program and the participant concerned will be assigned to a session for presentation. The final paper is due for submission on or before February 1, 2014 in both hard and soft copies, typewritten using Times Roman, font 12, standard margin, and double single space.
 
Components of the Proposed Paper
 
For purposes of online application, the following guideline is recommended for the submission of Abstracts.
 
1. Title of the Proposal
2. Description - A concise description of what the paper is all about - rationale, objectives, methods, findings, and practical recommendations of your scholarly work. This will help us in evaluating and placing your work in the appropriate session as well as in the event that your paper is considered for publication.
3. Language - All proposals and presentations must be in English.
4. Number of Abstracts - Eligible participants may submit only one abstract or poste.
 
Paper Presentation
 

Your presentation should describe the purpose, methods, and conclusions of your research. Each presenter is allowed 20 minutes to present and discuss a paper. Sessions are limited from five to six presentations.

Poster/Exhibit

A poster is a visual display accompanied by a brief abstract of the purpose and procedures of the work. A poster/exhibit proposal may concentrate on one aspect, for example, "description of the practical application." All approved posters will be displayed prominently in the conference hall for informal viewing throughout the entire conference. Poster presenters need to be present to brief viewers of their work.

Fees

The entire conference proceedings will be documented, published in book/journal form and sold to the participants to recover the publication expense incurred. The price, however, can only be determined after the publication of the proceedings.

Prepare for Your Paper Presentation

1. Submit an abstract of your proposal online following the specified guideline.

2. Once your proposal is approved, secure your travel visa immediately and pay the required registration fee online. Once payment is received, your paper will immediately be included in the program of the conference and assigned a session for presentation.

3. Prepare for the presentation of your paper at the conference. A laptop computer and projector are available for use during your presentation.

4. All papers considered for publication will be peer-reviewed and then published in journal form bearing its own International Standard Book Number (ISBN).
