Payment of the Registration Fee

 

Foreign attendees should have a travel visa before paying the registration fee.

The registration fee for the conference is $400.00, inclusive of two snacks and the transportation cost involved during educational/city tours. Participants, however, will have to arrange and pay for their own travel accommodation directly with the hotel management.

Approval of all applications is on or before October 1, 2013. Payments online should be done when your application is approved and your travel visa secured. Paypal is available so participants can pay online using their Master or Visa and even Discovery cards.

IDRS is not responsible for any medical, hospitalization, and other health-related expenses incurred by the participants while attending the conference. We encourage participants to bring along with them adequate amounts of medical and other health-related items for their daily intakes. The participants may also wish to purchase their own travel, accident, and health insurances which are readily available at their respective places of origin or departure.

 
AGAIN, PAYMENT FOR THE REGISTRATION  FEE SHOULD ONLY BE MADE IF:
 
(1) YOUR APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION HAS BEEN APPROVED AND YOU HAVE BEEN DULY NOTIFIED; AND
(2) YOU ALREADY HAVE A VALID VISA.
 
ONLINE PAYMENTS DONE WITH NO TRAVEL VISAS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

Online Payments

 

Our preferred payment method is via online transaction. We use PayPal Merchant Services as our payment processor. They accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery, or PayPal account payments. A PayPal account is not required for online credit card payments (though you are welcome to use one) nor are you required to create an account to complete the process.  PayPal Merchant Services transactions are protected using modern encrypted SSL security measures.

PayPal Merchant Services will be installed here sometime later, or once all application forms have been processed and concerned participants notified of their approval to participate in the seminar.
